Description

55 Broad Street was designed by Emery Roth & Sons and opened in 1967. In 1995, it became the first fully wired office building in New York City, allowing tenants unprecedented connectivity. The lobby was fully renovated by Fogarty Finger in 2019. Floor plates range from 12,000 to 27,000 square feet and tower floors enjoy excellent views of New York Harbor.
