Future DevelopmentLocated between Rockefeller Center and Grand Central Terminal, 415 Madison Avenue is the site for a new state-of-the-art, 40-story office tower designed by SOM. It will feature 343,100 SF of office space, a 350 SF ground-floor retail pavilion, a 2,400 SF open-air public concourse, and convenient access to LIRR and Grand Central.

Current DevelopmentIn partnership with Vornado Realty Trust and Kenneth Griffin, Rudin is developing 350 Park Avenue, a once-in-a-generation office tower that will be home to Citadel and Citadel Securities in Midtown Manhattan. The new 62-story office tower is anticipated to be completed in 2032 and will deliver 1.8 million SF of commercial office space, a new public concourse, and unparalleled amenities.

ResidentialThe Greenwich Lane
Past DevelopmentThe Greenwich Lane is a residential condominium in the Greenwich Village Historic District developed by the Rudin family in partnership with Global Holdings. It is comprised of five buildings and five townhouses all connected by a central courtyard. FXFOWLE Architects designed the exteriors and the interiors were created by Thomas O'Brien of Aero Studios, offering a unique mix of historical restoration and innovative new construction.

Past DevelopmentLocated in the Greenwich Village Historic District, 130 West 12th Street is a residential condominium project redeveloped by Rudin through the extensive renovation of a pre-war building. With architecture and interiors designed by COOKFOX Architects, many of the spacious 1 to 4 bedroom residences have private outdoor space.
