OFFICIAL RULES – HALLOWEEN CANDY BAR SWEEPSTAKES

THIS PROMOTION IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED, ADMINISTERED BY, OR ASSOCIATED WITH INSTAGRAM OR META PLATFORMS, INC. EACH ENTRANT RELEASES INSTAGRAM AND META FROM ALL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THIS PROMOTION.

  1. Sponsor. Rudin Management Co. Inc., 345 Park Avenue, New York, NY (“Sponsor”), in connection with the Halloween Candy Bar at 345 Park Avenue, New York, NY (the “Building”).
  2. Eligibility. Open to employees of Building tenants who work at the Building and are 18 or older. Entrants are responsible for complying with their employer’s gift and ethics policies and applicable law, and must decline a prize they are not permitted to accept.
  3. Entry Period. [9:00 a.m.] ET on October 28, 2026 to 11:59 p.m. ET on [October 30, 2026].
  4. How to Enter. 
    1. Instagram: follow @rudinnewyork and publish a public feed post, Stories or Reel (“content”) created at the Candy Bar on October 28, 2026 that tags @rudinnewyork and includes #contest or #giveaway. The account must stay public until winners are selected. 
    2. Free alternate entry: email [[email protected]] with the subject “Candy Bar Sweepstakes” and your name, company, floor, and your associated content, or complete an entry card at the Candy Bar. Alternate entries have equal chances. One entry per person. Tagging others is not required. Late, incomplete, automated, or group entries are void.
  5. Prizes. Five (5) $60 gift cards to Someday’s Bakery, 560 Lexington Avenue (ARV $60 each; $300 total). No cash substitution or transfer; Sponsor may substitute an equal or greater prize. Subject to the issuer’s terms. Winners are responsible for taxes. Limit one prize per person.
  6. Winner Selection. Five winners will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries on or about [November 2, 2026]. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries. Winners will be notified by Instagram direct message from @rudinnewyork (or email) and must respond within [3] business days with their name, company, and confirmation of eligibility, and may be asked to verify employment at the Building. Otherwise the prize is forfeited and an alternate may be drawn. Sponsor will never request payment or sensitive information. Winner names are available by emailing [[email protected]] within 30 days.
  7. Entry Content and Publicity. Entrants keep ownership of their content but grant Sponsor and its affiliates a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to repost, display, edit, and use it, with credit to the entrant’s handle, in Sponsor’s social media, websites, and marketing, without further approval or compensation. Entrants represent that they created the content, that every identifiable person in it consented to these uses, that no minors appear in it, and that it infringes no rights and discloses no confidential information. Sponsor may remove content or disqualify entrants at its discretion. Except where prohibited, winners consent to use of their name, handle, company, and likeness (as shown in their entry) for promotional purposes without compensation.
  8. General. Sponsor’s decisions are final. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules, and may modify or cancel the Sweepstakes if it cannot run as planned. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries or technical failures. To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants release Sponsor, its affiliates, Instagram and Meta, and Someday’s Bakery from claims arising from participation, attendance at the Candy Bar, or use of a prize. Personal information is used only to run the Sweepstakes, per Sponsor’s privacy policy at https://www.rudin.com/privacy-policy. New York law governs; disputes go exclusively to the state and federal courts in New York County.
