Senior Vice President, Head of Philanthropy

Alice Eaton joined Rudin in 2016 and serves as the company’s Head of Philanthropy. In her role, Alice proudly manages the Rudin Family’s and the company’s philanthropy, supporting hundreds of organizations each year across health, education, the arts, animal welfare, and social services with the goal of helping New Yorkers thrive and contributing to the city’s continued vibrancy. In 2021, Alice’s role expanded with the launch of Rudin’s employee engagement program, Rudin Gives Back, extending the company’s philanthropic footprint with hands-on volunteer projects. 

Alice started her career at the international NGO WaterAid, before pivoting to philanthropy as the Program Director of the Mai Family Foundation and later as the Executive Director of the Leon Lowenstein Foundation. 

Alice received her undergraduate degree from Barnard College, a master’s degree from the London School of Economics, and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
