Hrisa Gatzoulis
Hrisa Gatzoulis joined Rudin in 2024 and serves as the company’s Vice President, Head of Sustainability. She oversees all energy, sustainability, and wellness initiatives across Rudin’s corporate office and its extensive office and residential portfolio. She also helps to represent Rudin within industry-leading organizations and advisory groups, including the IWBI Air Concept Advisory, Social Sustainability Working Group, and the Global Commission on Healthy Indoor Air. In addition, Hrisa is actively involved with REBNY, ULI Greenprint, NYECC, and the Real Estate Roundtable.
Prior to Rudin, Hrisa held positions at multiple New York City engineering firms, where she focused on environmental assessments and remediation. She also served as leader of the Sustainable Buildings department at JLL, expanding her expertise in green building and sustainability strategies.
Hrisa holds undergraduate degrees in Biology and Psychology from the University of Kansas and a master’s degree from Pace University. She is recognized as an industry leader and holds credentials including LEED AP, WELL AP, and Fitwel Ambassador.
