Neal Mohammed joined Rudin in 1998 and serves as the company’s Vice President, Head of Information Technology. He oversees enterprise technology, cybersecurity, data modernization, and digital transformation across the firm’s real estate portfolio and corporate offices. His responsibilities include managing technology budgets, driving strategic capital allocation toward infrastructure and innovation, leading IT design and implementation for building modernization, and deploying advanced AI solutions across enterprise operations, building systems, and security platforms.

Prior to Rudin, Neal held operations roles at the New York Mercantile Exchange and PwC, where he gained experience in systems integration and enterprise technology. In 2015, he served as Managing Director overseeing the launch of Prescriptive Data (now NANTUM.AI), a machine-learning initiative focused on optimizing building operations. Neal is active in technology advisory roles within REBNY, the Security Industry Association (SIA), and Blackstone Technology Committees, and the FBI’s DSAC on cybersecurity.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering Science degree from St. Peter’s College, University of Oxford.
