Trevor Racioppe joined Rudin in 2021 and serves as the company’s Senior Vice President, Head of Asset Management. He focuses on developing and executing strategic asset plans, driving leasing and capital project decisions, identifying and presenting value-add strategies for the existing portfolio, and managing budgets, forecasts, and KPI reporting. He is also responsible for centralizing and utilizing portfolio and market data to enhance operational decision-making, while serving as the key point of contact for leadership, equity partners, and lenders. 

Prior to Rudin, Trevor was at FirstService Residential, where he oversaw accounting for their national multifamily portfolio consisting of over 11,000 units. After joining Rudin, he served as Head of Accounting before being promoted to his current role.  

Trevor graduated from the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
