Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer

Andrew Migdon joined Rudin in 2003 and serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer. He oversees all legal matters related to the acquisition, development, leasing, and financing of the firm’s office and residential properties.

Prior to joining Rudin, Andrew represented the Rudin family beginning in 2003 as a partner at Goldfarb & Fleece LLP, advising on major development, leasing, and financing transactions. His work has included significant projects such as The Greenwich Lane in Greenwich Village and Dock 72 at the Brooklyn Navy Yard, as well as major tenant transactions with the National Football League, JPMorgan Chase, and WeWork

Andrew serves as a Director of The Rudin Foundation and acts as counsel to The May and Samuel Rudin Family Foundation and The Louis and Rachel Rudin Foundation. 

He holds a bachelor’s degree from Harvard University and earned his Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law, where he served as an editor of the New York University Law Review and was a member of the Order of the Coif.
