Cassie Kulzer
Cassie Kulzer joined Rudin in 2018 and serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer. She leads Rudin’s human resources strategy with a clear mission: to act as a strategic partner that drives the firm’s growth through a talent‑first lens. With a forward‑looking approach, Cassie designs and implements comprehensive talent strategies that align with Rudin’s business objectives and long‑term vision.
Cassie’s leadership spans the entire talent lifecycle from attracting and onboarding top talent to fostering engagement, development, and succession planning. She leverages data and analytics to guide decision‑making, enabling Rudin to anticipate workforce needs and optimize performance, while ensuring that innovation and people remain core to the company’s success.
Prior to joining Rudin, Cassie served as Head of Human Resources for several entrepreneurial firms in the financial and technology sectors.
Cassie serves on the Board of Directors for the Realty Advisory Board on Labor Relations and sits on the 32BJ Training Fund Advisory Council. She is a graduate of Fairfield University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree.
