Christopher Flynn joined Rudin in 2020 and serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial. As CFO, Christopher oversees the company’s long-term financial strategy and day-to-day financial operations, including capital allocation, financial planning, accounting and reporting, budgeting and forecasting, audit and tax compliance, risk management, and treasury functions across the organization. Christopher serves as Director and Treasurer of The Rudin Foundation, The May and Samuel Rudin Family Foundation, and The Louis and Rachel Rudin Foundation. 

Prior to joining Rudin, Christopher served as Chief Financial Officer at Atlas Capital Group and previously held senior roles at Vornado Realty Trust and Ernst & Young LLP. He brings three decades of experience in real estate finance and accounting. 

Christopher graduated from Binghamton University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
