Eric Rudin
Eric Rudin joined Rudin in 1978 and serves as Co-Executive Chairman of the company. He has played a central role in shaping Rudin’s property management and design and construction functions, bringing a hands-on approach to the stewardship, modernization, and long-term performance of the firm’s properties.
Throughout his tenure, Eric has been instrumental in overseeing complex operational initiatives and negotiating solutions with New York City labor unions, helping ensure stability, continuity, and excellence across the organization. His leadership reflects the Rudin family’s longstanding commitment to thoughtful management, collaboration, and operational rigor.
Eric is actively engaged in New York City’s civic and cultural life. He serves on the boards of the NYC Police Foundation, the Times Square Alliance, and four Rudin Family Foundations. He is also an Emeritus Board Member of the Central Park Conservancy and The Drawing Center.
He graduated from Washington University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature.
