Michael Rudin
Michael Rudin joined Rudin in 2008 and serves as Co-Chief Executive Officer, representing the fourth generation of Rudin family leadership. He began his career working on the development of The Greenwich Lane, helping launch one of the firm’s most significant residential projects.
Michael currently leads Rudin’s office business, overseeing leasing and property management, and plays a central role in advancing the integration of sustainability and technology across the portfolio. He also leads the firm’s alternative investment strategy, investing across the real estate credit and venture spectrum.
Michael serves on the boards of The Rudin Family Foundations, The First Tee of Metropolitan New York, and the Executive Committee of The Real Estate Board of New York.
He holds a Bachelor of Environmental Design and Planning degree with an emphasis in Real Estate from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Master of Science in Sustainable Real Estate Development from New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate.
