Nick Martin joined Rudin in 2018 and serves as the company’s Senior Vice President, Head of Development & Business Strategy. He focuses on development activities within the existing Rudin portfolio, along with new business development and investment opportunities. He oversees the Design & Construction group and Rudin’s Project Management Office, which is tasked with implementing Rudin’s Strategic Plan initiatives. 

Before Rudin, Nick was a senior aide to United States Senator Charles E. Schumer and worked in the Mayor’s Office under Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg. 

Nick currently serves on the boards of Regional Plan Association, Alliance for Downtown New York, and Grand Central Partnership. He graduated from Villanova University with a Bachelor of Arts in History and Honors and holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate
