Samantha Rudin Earls
Samantha Rudin Earls joined Rudin in 2007 and serves as Co‑Chief Executive Officer, representing the fourth generation of Rudin family leadership.
Samantha played a lead role in the development of 130 West 12th Street and The Greenwich Lane in the West Village. Her work spans design and construction, community outreach, and the cultivation of long-term investor relationships. She currently oversees Rudin’s residential portfolio, including the office-to-residential conversions, as well as the firm’s design, marketing, philanthropic, and human resources functions.
Samantha is actively engaged in civic, cultural, and philanthropic leadership. She serves on the boards of The Rudin Family Foundations, the Alfred E. Smith Memorial Foundation, Roundabout Theatre Company, Subject Matter, and The Association for a Better New York (ABNY).
A proud New Yorker, Samantha is a graduate of New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts.
